Thanks for responding Jason. I was aware of the app object properties. I was particularly interested in the ability to use VERSION() in VFP to determine if the current running environment was development or run-time. The closest property I could find in the app object was .EXEName and this would require some hard coding that I wanted to avoid. At this point we have opted to use conditional compilation with a conditional compilation constant to accomplidh our purposes.
