Curtis,

>Well, I'm no fan of political correctitude, but I wouldn't want to be in ABC's shoes. Your stuff gets beamed into people's houses all across the country AND they're associated with Disney. So I'm sure every person with a small child feels free to tell them how to behave.

I don't recall writing the third paragraph above. ?? As far as to whether or not Disney has coerced folks by the sheer force of size of their market presence I would have the same response for them as well as Limbaugh being on MNF. Turn your TV off. If you're smart enough to spot the PC junk then you're far ahead of most folks. <g>

>Sure. Everyone has an agenda - Limbaugh has his agenda, ABC has theirs, etc. Maybe it's not a conspiracy, but the act of making a plan and following through on it means you have and agenda.

Right - and Rush openly states what his is on his radio show. I haven't seen many others who are as candid, have you? That's my whole point - double standards. Everyone gets all over Rush because he openly states he's against liberalism as he defines it (basically always more government and less personal responsibility as opposed to less government and personal responsibility). Try and get Dan Rather to admit he's a Democrat - even though he goes to Texas to supposrt his daughter at a Democratic fund raiser...

As I've mentioned here many many times I have no problem that there are liberals on TV or radio. I just wish they had the conscience and character to be honest about it.

>>Well, I know one way to find out... <g> Let's just see if ABC has the cajones...

>It wouldn't require cajones. It would require stupidity or a death wish.

Well, we disagree. I'd think they would find their ratings soar. Until that happens and we have objective facts we're both speculating - though I have the facts of Rush's current successes on my side and the facts of many many many liberal failures to boot.... So.. Based on currently available facts my side has the proverbial 'upper hand' with respect to debating position.

Nyah nyah.. < bg > (just funnin')

Seriously, as I mentioned, based on current facts I'd be very confident that Rush would boost MNF's ratings - what this is all about..

Thanks for the fun.
Best,
