So far, I did changed it to buffering to 5 and seems it works now. Only another problem then the other user does not see the changes even after the form is closed and reopened. To see the refreshed data, must exit the app and then the changes shows. Odd, but at least it does not shout an error, lets see what my boy boss say about that.
