This month I'm across the other side of a different pond- I'm in Auckland, New Zealand. I left a near-tropical english summer (I kid you not) and arrived in a sub-tropical Auckland Winter where it stops raining for a few minutes every day or two.
As for swamped; "Busy is a good look". Well done. We've got a bit on too... sadly we're struggling to find VFP people and (it looks as if) we'll be forced into a different tool for a new integrated Care Pathway Application that would be perfect for VFP using classes and XML. Such is life.

"... They ne'er cared for us
yet: suffer us to famish, and their store-houses
crammed with grain; make edicts for usury, to
support usurers; repeal daily any wholesome act
established against the rich, and provide more
piercing statutes daily, to chain up and restrain
the poor. If the wars eat us not up, they will; and
there's all the love they bear us."
-- Shakespeare: Coriolanus, Act 1, scene 1
