First, sorry about the delay answering....

I always leave the FRX/FRT files out of my EXE - I mark them as excluded in the Project Manager. I've found that clients frequently want reports tweaked, and this way I don't have to recompile, test and send a 6-10 MB EXE, just the updated report files.

Of course if you have a totally turnkey system, there may be reasons for including the report files in the EXE - it's a judgment call.
