I have had a Ricochet wireless modem for about 6 months and I use Wireless WebConnect (http://wwc.com, nothing to do with WestWind's WebConnect product for VFP). I live in Seattle and it is only 28K (although download speed is usually much faster). They had promised to upgrade Seattle to 128K about 3 months ago. But you should let your boss know that it is very likey that Metricom (company that provides the Ricochet wireless infastructure) to go ch. 11 and out of business any month how, unless some company buys them out along with their $1billion debt.
