Title:
Foxpro 2.6 for Windows and Multi-user
Hi folks,
I hope you can help me with this one...
I have an application written in Foxpro 2.6 for Windows. I am trying to use this in a multi-user environment. Each time a new user accesses the application the response time degrades even more. I have the executable stored on each persons local drive. I was initially trying to run this on a Windows NT 4.0 server. I thought at first my network might be causing me the trouble. I have since tried running it peer-to-peer and I am still seeing the same effects. Are there some set statements that I should be using in my main program to speed this application up. Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Dennis
