I wasn't referring to professional software. I'm talking about what I buy for personal use. For example, I bought MusicMatch Jukebox because I like the features even though people kept telling me how "cool" winamp looks. As long as the UI is usable and doesn't hurt my eyes, I couldn't care less what it looks like. I buy based on whether it does what I want it to do.
