If my apps don't work on a clients box, I suggest they hire someone to fix it! There was a time, way back when, that I had the where with-all to do that stuff.
I now have the luxury to limit myself to clients that have the resources to outsource for those kinds of issues. Implementing business rules and developing big-city interfaces burns alot of Ginko:-)
