the language used on the command buttons of the message box is the language of the Windows version installed on the machine on which the program is running. If you want to use several languages, or use a language different from the Windows language, you can use MSGSVC from Steven Black (It is a public domain tool). You can download it from his web site at www.stevenblack.com
