I think I found the problem.

When I run searches and get a ton of results, instead of going through the matches in the same window, I right click on a couple of matches and have those messages load in separate IE (version 5.5) windows.

Today I managed to reproduce the problem and happens every time. The problem seems to be on your end, related to cookie management.

Run a search, for example on "shortcut key".

You will get a bunch of matches in the lower panel.

Right click on one of them and ask for the link to be opened in a new window.

You'll get the message to show up on a separate window.

Now close the window with the message and when you get back to the first instance of IE, LEFT-click on any message to display it in the same panel.

BOOM! Username not found.
