In line 88 of the placeitem method of the FRX2Word class, try increasing m.nheight and/or m.nwidth by 1 or 2 and see if that helps and then recompile the class library. If not, consider making the fields in the report a bit larger.

Sometimes, FRX2Word messes up by a few pixels here and there :-)
