When & how you use OOPs is up to you, the programmer. It also depends on the size & the complexity of a project. Most of the people I talk to who are involved in 'deep' projects believe it using OOP everywhere. They say they gain more power that way.

This sounds like it can be broken up & given as a series of lectures on VFUG, any volunteers?
