Hello all,

I have created a parent-child presentation object and Form in VFE. I run my application and select that Form from the menu. When I press Control-F, the SFQuery Search Form is displayed. When I click the Add command button the SFQuery Filter Condition Form pops up. In the Field ComboBox, I click the down arrow and as expected the fields from both Parent and child views are displayed (separated by a grayed-out name of the child view). Searching on the parent view works as expected. If I select a field from the child view and click the Value command button, SFQuery displays a list of values to choose from. As I select from the list then click the OK to finally perform the Search, I am presented with this error message:

Variable VEHICLETYPE is not found.
Error #: 12
Program: Search
Line #: 35
Source: LOCATE FOR &tcSearchString

Can anyone help me make SFQuery work with child views?
