An interesting note on all this international stuff, but relatively obscure.

Lots of US'ers travel to Cuba via Canada or another country in the Caribbean - but Congress has just rescinded funding for that part of the government that upholds the laws restricting travel by US'ers to Cuba.

So, it's still illegal, but the only people enforcing the laws will be working for free.
