When I lost my help file, Alan gave me a response that "fixed" it again.
Here is a copy of that message:
Sharon, open up your registry (regedit) to HK_CLASSES_ROOT and look for an entry of ".COL". If it's not there, add it as a new key. Then set the default (or make sure it's already set) to "COL_auto_file".
Then look further down to make certain there is a key of "COL_auto_file". If not, add it. Within that key, make sure there is a hierarchy of:
COL_auto_file
Shell
open
command
And in the command, make sure the default is "C:\WINDOWS\hh.exe "%1"" (you wouldn''t type the opening and closing quote marks, the system puts them there).
If your hh.exe is somwhere other than C:\WINDOWS, use that directory instead.
Then try out the help again
Alan
