As for the static content section, everything should be entered without any HTMLing. We will add a mention for that in all those data entry forms.

As for the UT Document, I don't know what you mean. I look at it and everything seems to be ok. That one is HTMLed as is. BTW, we may not need the HR to separate each entry. The bold title is already a marker.
