These settings are stored in the resource file. You might want a resource file dedicated to reports settings like this. Before you run the report, save the current setting of SET('RESOURCE',1), SET RESOURCE TO the file you want to use for this, run the report, change it to 75%, exit the report and set the resource back to what it was. Include this file in the project, and make sure it's not marked as excluded. That way it will be bound into the EXE when you ship the app.
