I also see a problem with the calling statement in USMAPS.EXE
You have...
DO (cHomeDir)+"D_UDIAG.EXE" WITH "UGRP"

Change it to...
DO (cHomeDir+"D_UDIAG.EXE") WITH "UGRP"

i.e. Move the parenthesis
