No, but they mostly don't speak English, and don't know a bit about user
interface etc - so if they make too many mistakes, they can always
revert... to an empty form :). Once they get an explanation like that,
they never think it could be made some other way 'round.
Now, seriously, they don't mind missing some functional bits here and
there, but do object a lot if there are major changes in the way it
works. They are not used to rapid changes like we are - their habits
seem to be hardwired. You know why it's easier to be a doctor than a
programmer? We get new OS's, new tools, new docs, new upgrades every
year, and they're fixing the same model for 7000 years.
