Hi all,

This might have been discussed before but hopes somebody to enlighten me again.
I have added some new codes in my application's timer event to control
along with _screenform's activecontrol.
All controls are no problem to be recognized in timer event except one.
That class is based on CONTROL not container which has 2 txtboxes for start
and end-date,and other methods and properties to handle various date
calculation. Usually this control got first focus on my search form.
Whenever timer event fires and chkecks _screen.activeform.activecontrol ,
'Activecontrol is not property..' error has happend.
Finally i changed this control's base class into container and have no problem
now, but wud like to know why.
This control is not container, but has activecontrol property and it's own
property and method like container.
Any advice would be appreciated.
