PMFJI, but you should check out the Visual ProMatrix framework. I've only had limited experience with what you are trying to do. But, I think you'll find 3-tier easier to accomplish in VPM (Enterprise edition). Also, goto their News page, and you'll see they have some exciting enhancements planned for VFP 7.0 that will make what you are trying to do even easier.

And, the free peer support via newsgroups is absolutely the best, bar-none IMHO.
