You copied me on your reply to Evan, but you didn't actually answer my questions. They were probably too obvious...nevertheless, the menu makes me wonder it that was the issue.

We're all smart folks where with lots of opinions, but there are other fora, believe it or not *g*. I've posted this question somewhere else where I hope an IE person will see it, and you might consider it also. The microsoft public newsgroups, for example. You might already be aware of them, in which case I'm sorry for stating the obvious.
