In fact, not only do some users use a mouthstick or a headstick for input, some use something like a blowtube. Some users have a single switch or button of some sort - check on the OnScreen Keyboard tool in Win2K - one of its modes scans through the rows and when a row is chosen (by a configurable action), scans through the keys on that row.
Software that doesn't accomodate to users with disabilities does a big disservice to users generally and to whoever's paying for it.
