Glad it worked for you Gary. I actually almost never search Microsoft itself. Instead I use AltaVista as I always have. If you know how to use your +'s, -'s and quotes roperly I find it the best search engine there is. I just punched it key words like logon, "does not appear", etc., and found the answer within a minute. Sure it was on KB but I believe I found it faster using AltaVista. KB will only check it's pages based on keywords (I believe), while search engine's like AltaVista can do full text query searches on the pages.
