Hi there.

I am thinking of using MSDE for small clients on my app(s) and SQL server for larger clients. That seems to be the general idea being portrayed by MS re SQL server vs MSDE. It would appear quite simple then, to switch up to the bigger SQL server when necessary.

The Microsoft web-site says that the MSDE is for up to 5 users accessing an MSDE database at one time.

Does this mean .. up to 5 access requests at one time .. or simply only allows 5 users connected to the database at one time.

The latter seems kinda puny?!

I was just wondering if others could provide feedback on what number of users works correctly with it.

TIA,

Scott
