Thanks for your reply, my problem is I can not retrieve outgoing call record that recorded in my PBX (SMDR, Station Message Detail Recording), there is not any error message or something like that.., the screen is clear, it seems like the port is not opened, no any communication between PC and the PBX.. once again I have tried it on Win95, 98, 2000 and it's works.. any suggestion or idea?
