How to start Windows 98 backup Procedure from a batch file.

I want to do the following.

I want to make a batch file which should start backing up selected files in a file. And I want to call this procedure from Foxpro 6.0.

If it is possible to take backup from a batch file. How can I crete the same job on another computer with windows 98 as an O.S. Can I copy the job file creted by my computer on another computer.

If yes. How ?
