you don't need the PDF creator - the PDF converter works fine. Basically, you sent up a Windows printer driver (programatically if you want), then do a

set print to myprintdriver
report form whatever.frx to print


Here's the URL http://www.amyuni.com/pdfpd.htm#pdfconvdesc. The advantage it has over the Adobe PDFwriter it that you can concatenate several reports into one file pretty painlessly. Also, their support it pretty good. We started out fiddling about with Acrobat 3, but had no qualms about switching to the amyuni driver when we found out about it (here on UT)
