Figured it out! You know it bothered me all last night at home. Well here is the code that works:

oVar.ZipTargetPath = 'L:\SHARE\UDC\' + "LTZIPFILES"

Before it was:

oVar.ZipTargetPath = 'L:\SHARE\UDC\' + "LTZIPFILES\"

notice the "\" at the end? Works like a charm now!

Whew....next delima!!!!!
