Hi!

Certain functions have the limitation. In general, VFP string could be 2GB long, if RAM will allow this ;) Personally, I managed to create the 40MB string on my machine with 64 MB RAM> After the 10 minutes of intensive HDD heating up I stopped to increase its size ;)
