>With VFP6, I could copy over the .dll/.tlb/.vbr, regsvr32 it, copy over the vfp6r.dll, vfp6renu.dll, vfp6t.dll files to my System32 directory, and things ran OK.

Do the same with the VFP7 runtimes, and include the VC++7 runtime (MSVCR70.DLL) as well (including registering it).
