Yes.

I've always assumed that since a Form cannot hold a Form inside; I need to use either Session or Custom class to create a new object within a form. Try this: Create a form visually and add a form class object visually as well and you'd get a message that you need a FormSet to do this.
But I can actually have a custom Form property to hold a reference to another Form object created inside which another thing as you've explained.
