And after you're running again, make yourself a floppy disk with ALL the drivers you need. CD-Rom, tape backup, SCSI card, etc. etc. etc. If you can't find the drivers for a floppy-boot, or can't make them work, go to the manufacturer's website and look for tech-support e-mail or phone. They'll tell you what commands/files/switches you'll need.
