Hi Terry,
>My main concern is whether using ADO for my current project will slow my development time by the learning. Is converting recordsets to cursors efficient, or do you more bind recordsets to grids and that sort of thing?
You can't directly bind recordsets to grids.
>Can you use SQL-passthrough with an OLEdb driver?
No. Not as you're used to. But you can create a Command object via ADO and then create a recoredset with the results of a SQL statement via the command object.
