Take a look at FoxPro Advisor Magazine (May 1997). But... even if you do get it working,
you might be disappointed with instantiation of an MS Graph container. The main bottleneck
is sending data to MS Graph. Also, don't plan on having real-time updates. Also, MS Graph
eats up ~ 2.5MB on your distribution disks.

Gigasoft's ProEssentials OCX is better and faster. In either case, the article is still good
reading since the steps for implementing both versions are similar.
