Good idea, Vlad. I had that in the back of my mind as a possible solution. It would be easier than the other idea I had, which would be to re-generate the application from the .prm file by parsing the .prm file, calling the ApplicationObject.DoCmd("BUILD PROJECT ...") COM method, opening the project programmatically, and then building the project programmatically.
