The only workaround we've been able to find is to uninstall our VFP app, install the netware client and reinstall our program. Not very palatable for over 130 machines.

Are you using the Novell Client32? If so, why? Use the Microsoft client for Netware. I have had no problem with performance using the MS client on Win2000 client and Novell server.
