I agree with Mark. As far as I know there is no reason to migrate to Novell Client32 from Microsoft Client for Netware Networks unless the Novell server(s) are running in NDS mode only. If Bindery Emulation mode is available the MS client should work fine running on straight IP as long as the server is running IP as well.
