To all,

I am attempting to track down a slowdown in one of my applications. When I enter the coverage profiler I see that it's taking three tenths of a second to issue a LOCAL statement that only has 4 variables, but only on the first pass through. Below is the line from the profiler.

10 Hits 1st 0.295846 Avg 0.029641 LOCAL lnRecno, lnSelect, lnRetVal, lcFilter

Any thoughts would be appreciated
