It may be necessary for you to write up a White Paper on security and send it to each site - tell them how to make it secure with NT systems, describe the problems of NOT having this security and let them decide the risks they want to take.

>Sadly I don't have that luxury. The system in question is spread across 1000+ sites. Some locations have NT systems, some are nothing more than W98 machines with MSDE.
