I hoisted invariant code out of the loops where possible. I think the boolean stuff I changed was to convert to 0/1 to be more more compatible with XML standards. I'm pretty sure the code I got from your earlier wwXML classlib used T/F in the XML document. Since I was exchanging the XML documents with some C++ using SAX I decided to tweak a couple of the data representations. I think it was for logicals, date and datetime.
