Does Seek method not supported by ADO?.. because I try to run below codes but does not work:.

rsStock.Index = "PrimaryKey" --> error occurs "...not supported"
rsStock.Seek Array(strSeek)

and anybody can inform me, which is faster .. Find or Seek method? ( I use Ms. Access or SQL server 7 as my DB).. thank you for any idea or suggestion
