After the project is done rebuilding, its goes out and gets other classes and forms and inserts them into the project. Is there a way a can view all the reference to the project instead of going through each and every form and class ?

I am not sure that I understood you right. If you are looking to find from where you call some project component (form, prg, etc.), then there is good way:
1. Rename the component, you want to investigate.
2. Rebuild the project with 'Display Errors' checked.
3. After the rebuilding VFP will bring up list of places from where it tried to call 'missed' component.
