i've finally managed to get things working.
BIG THX to Vlad Grynchyshyn, Larry Miller, David Frankenbach & Ed Raugh

i found out something very strange about the CLSHeap.prg

when i place an "unsigned short" (NumToWord, 2 bytes) in the middle of the structure nothing works the way it should .. the values before the unsigned short get updatet properly but all members of struct after it are messed up.
but when a place it at the end , everything works just fine.

Has anyone a answer to this, or similar experience?
