SQL Server 2000 offers many new and improved features. Without knowing your use of the package, there's no way for me to say that you should migrate.
Check out MSDN for information about SQL Server 2000's new features. Some of them are very interesting. I will say that if you're using OLAP Server, it is probably worth moving to SQL Server 2000 Analysis Services.
