Have you considered SBT? I have high admiration for it since I have modified it substantially for dozens of clients over 7 years...
I don't know how the cost compares with the others, but I can tell you that it is one of the few that always, automatically, includes the source code -- which is important for most businesses due to the different needs of everyone.

When I looked at Account Mate a few years ago, I quickly noticed that it is (wasn't) nearly as sophisticated as SBT.
