I find that the above statement is only true when the parent class is a VFP Base Class.

The ISX extension that you suggested is wonderful and easy to implement. it can easily be applied to any classes (PRG based) that can be instantiated when we are editing our code. However, it will be great if user-defined properties of the currently editing class (not ready to be instantiated) can also be listed when we type "THIS." (similar to variable listing of ISX.PRG).
