VISUAL FOXPRO SUPPORTS MTS
At Visual FoxPro DevCon 97, Microsoft announced the next version of
Visual FoxPro, code-named Tahoe, will support Microsoft Transaction
Server. Apartment model threading in Tahoe enables MTS to automatically
launch and manage multiple Visual FoxPro COM components, which will
typically provide data-intensive services such as business rules
validation, querying and reporting, and data retrieval and manipulation.
