Phantom reboot? Unless you have a different idea of what that would mean than I do, that doesn't sound like it. It doesn't look anything like rebooting. The system just stops in the midddle of what it was doing and sits there for up to 30 seconds. Then it continues on. Nothing crashes and it works fine afterwards. It just freezes and unfreezes.
